Based out of Lake Elsinore, California, Hallin and Herrera, Inc. is a family owned Tilt-Up contractor for contractors and developers. Being a family owned business our senior management is very hands-on, and you can expect the best support from professionals who understand the business inside and out.

Since 2004, Hallin and Herrera, Inc. has grown to become one of Southern California's premier concrete tilt-up contractors, focusing primarily on industrial warehouses.

Our projects range in size from 100,000-SF to over 1,000,000-SF. The majority of our completed projects every year are executed on behalf of repeat customers. This recurrence of business is attributable to our ability to achieve the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction, while offering and successfully completing the most rigorous concrete schedules in the industry.
